"Glitch?" When did data mining become a glitch? Accidentally wrote all those lines of code to suck the numbers of the iPhone did you? Glitch my dimpled arse. Apps to be deleted after panning you thoroughly in the AppStore.

Oh I get that. I didn't say anything other then this had already come up.

Frankly it's not as open and shut as some might think.

And cell phone numbers are not considered confidential - I think some of the cell number information changed about what 4 or so years ago. Frankly I haven't been affected by this so I can't say I'm really bothered by it. There is a lot of other information that I'd be a lot more concerned about.

I want to assure everyone that we do not collect the phone numbers of our users. It is safe to install and play all of our games on both iPod Touch and iPhone alike.

Regarding the lawsuit, we currently cannot discuss any particulars relating to the case as we were only made aware of it yesterday (11/5/2009).

How does this assure us that it's safe to install/play these games? I understand that Storm8 is hesitant to discuss details publicly, but how are we supposed to know that private data are not being collected from our iPhones? What do the Terms and Conditions (or EULA) say? Does it explicitly exclude the collection of phone numbers? If not, the Terms and Conditions should be updated to explicitly state this. Something like that, instead of a vague forum post, would be more assuring to me since it would actually be legally binding.
