I recently got a new iPhone due to my old phone breaking and forgot to create a transfer setup so I could transfer my old imobsters account over, does anyone know how to get it back?? Iv e-mailed storm 8 support on a few occations but havn't had a reply anyone who could help me I would be greatfull thanks.... VICTiMKiLLeR

Thanks for your help iv already gave storm 8 my account name, level And code. What is the longest you normaly wait for a reply? Iv been waiting a week?

Generally speaking it's a few days. However it's possible they have more they need to process and it may take them a bit longer.

Hi, i'm also in the same boat as the original poster, i sent my iphone away for repair not realising that they'd replace the phone and now i've lost my account on iMobsters, i have all the information i need apart from my mob code... Is there anyway i can find this? I did have a friend added on my mob crew thing if its possible for him to get it for me on his phone... Any ideas how i can find it?

You are shown your username in the game and you can change your password there also.
If you don't have the game then you need to contact support. |

contacting support probably wont yield a reply for a while since thousands of people are spamming s8 with emails about being hitlisted blah blah blah
